Sales Manager for Mobile Homes and Container Homes Location: Lalru, Dera Bassi, Punjab (on Ambala-Chandigarh road) Company: Knock on Wood : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with branding and marketing mindset to expand our market presence in India, targeting architects and large tour operators for our range of mobile homes and container homes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base and promoting our innovative, sustainable housing solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target architects, large tour operators, HNI (for farm houses) who can benefit from our mobile homes and container homes as part of their projects. A mindset leaning towards branding and marketing will be a plus point. 2. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the needs, preferences, and trends in the architecture and tourism sectors in India. 3. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our mobile homes and container homes, including their features, benefits, and customization options. 4. Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with potential clients, showcasing the advantages of our products. 5. Product Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative product presentations and demonstrations to architects and tour operators. 6. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. 7. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. 8. Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support, address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. 9. Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities for expansion within the architecture and tourism sectors in India. 10. Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights. Provide regular sales reports to the management. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the construction or real estate industry. A mindset leaning towards branding and marketing will be a plus point. - Strong understanding of architecture and tourism industries in India. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets. - Knowledge of Linkedin - Knowledge of mobile homes and container homes is a plus. - Willingness to travel and meet clients across India.
