Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of travel consultants to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
Oversee understanding of clients' package requirements and ensure accurate diagnosis of customer preferences and travel objectives.
Guide the team in preparing customized itineraries aligned with client expectations and budget.
Supervise the presentation, promotion, and closure of international tour packages, ensuring strong conversion ratios.
Support and coach team members in advanced selling, negotiation, and client-handling techniques.
Ensure end-to-end management of bookings including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and other travel services.
Review and approve recommendations for products and services best suited to customer needs to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
Provide expert guidance to clients on destinations, climate, culture, documentation, tickets, accommodations, and local transportation.
Resolve escalations, handle complex client requirements, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute to strategy planning for business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
