Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual team members Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes
