To lead and manage the sales operations for the electrodes division by developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for electrodes.
Manage and grow the existing customer base while identifying new market opportunities.
Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, OEMs, and end-users.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to management.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the product line.
Ensure after-sales support and handle customer complaints or technical queries in coordination with the technical team.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in electrodes, welding consumables, or similar products.
Strong knowledge of the electrodes market (e.g., welding, graphite, or specialty applications).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Ability to travel frequently for client visits and industry events.
