We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager(CASA) with a strong background in (Current Account/Savings Account) products. The ideal candidate will have a good experience specifically working with CASA products and a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in this area. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for CASA products.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote CASA products and services.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
  • Any Bachelor\'s degree or related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience working exclusively with CASA products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in team handling is a must.
  • MBA preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
