We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager(CASA) with a strong background in (Current Account/Savings Account) products. The ideal candidate will have a good experience specifically working with CASA products and a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in this area. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for CASA products.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote CASA products and services.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Any Bachelor\'s degree or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience working exclusively with CASA products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in team handling is a must.
- MBA preferred.
