Position: Sales Manager- CASA Sales
CTC: Up to 9 LPA + Incentives
Exp. 4+ Yrs. in CASA sales/ direct acquisition with at-least 1 year team handling from Banking/Fintech/NBFCs.
Location: Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Rajahmundry
Education: Graduate/ PG
Job Role:
Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.
Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, Demat Accounts etc. through the Sales Channel.
Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.
Responsible for managing the leads and distributing among the team members.
Ensuring the daily productivity of acquisition managers and customer satisfaction.
Job Mandates:
Age up to 32 years
Must have team handling experience with minimum 5 years of direct Sales Experience.
Only Local Candidates will be considered.
MBA/Graduate.
Excellent Interpersonal skills Written and oral.
Should have an eye for data, good with analytical skills.
Good leadership Skills with strong people and time management.
