: Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Source new customers and build the Business Loan portfolio through DSA, connectors, direct channels, and other partners.
  • Identify and tap new markets and customer segments to enhance business opportunities.
  • Team Management:
  • Manage and support a team of Relationship Officers/Executives to ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
  • Regularly train, motivate, and monitor performance to ensure productivity and compliance.
  • Credit & Risk Management:
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure timely processing of files and quality disbursals.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Address customer queries and grievances to ensure high service standards.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and share insights with senior management.
  • Recommend changes in products, processes, or strategy based on feedback and market conditions.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 3-6 years in sales of unsecured loans.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented with good negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of credit, financial analysis, and risk assessment
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
