:
1. Identify Client segments and tailor-make prompt strategies in consultation with the line function.
2. Set benchmarks and monitor the progress on a daily basis.
3. Provide feedback on Insurance related activities at the ground to Partner Bank's Line supervisors through updates, MIS and regular meetings.
4. Weekly review meetings with Regional heads and Monthly business review meeting with Zonal Heads of Partner Banks to discuss course-correction if any and way forward.
5. Conduct RM Road shows regularly and address them to garner top-of-the-mind recall.
6. Convert at least one 50lakh account (non-GMC, GPA) every quarter
7. Cross-sell to Corporate's Employees
