  • Motivating the Team
  • Bringing more walk in to the showrooms
  • Promote our brand
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Ensure on time deliverables
  • Meet Company targets
  • Conduct daily and periodical review meeting with the team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Incentives for the teams
  • Monitor Attendance. Grooming and duty roaster for the team
  • Coordination and Interactions with RTO, CRM and Telecallers
  • Vehicle checklist explanation
  • Vehicle registration and handing process
Mandatory Skills Required
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Self-directed individual with initiative
  • Analytical Bent of Mind.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • a high level is essential
  • Highly organized
  • Can operate in a structured and organized way
  • Excel and system knowledge

  • Able to display control over activities
  • Experience in two/four wheeler industry is an added advantage
