Roles & Responsibilities: Site Leadership: Provide leadership at the ulhasnagar site, overseeing and managing the entire closing process. Collaborate with the sales team and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations. Deal Closing: Take charge of the deal closing process, ensuring that all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently to secure property transactions. Negotiation: Work closely with the sales team and prospective buyers to negotiate and finalize deal terms, ensuring that all parties are in agreement and satisfied. Closing Timelines: Manage closing timelines to ensure that transactions are completed on schedule and meet all contractual deadlines. Client Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with buyers and other relevant parties to keep them informed about the progress of the closing process. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the closing process, facilitating smooth and satisfactory resolutions. Desired Candidate Profile

• Should be able to join immediately.
• Good communication, confident and enthusiastic.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good MS-Excel Skill, Strong Knowledge about Real Estate Market, sales record by consistently getting delivery from team.
• Ability to work independently.
• Building and managing relationships with clients.
• Understanding of the real estate market and competitive environment.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb945,000.00 per month Schedule:
