Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify, approach, and nurture relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and decision-makers in construction projects.

Technical Sales Support

Provide technical insights and design-based advice during the sales process, including product compatibility, installation methods, or integration into architectural plans.

Project Involvement

Collaborate on project specifications, tender documentation, and design proposals to ensure products or services meet design and regulatory requirements.

Team & Strategy Leadership

Lead sales teams, develop territory or segment strategies, and align sales efforts with company growth targets.

Cross-functional Liaison

Act as a bridge between the design/technical team and the sales/client side, ensuring solutions are both viable and valuable.

Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background

: Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.

Sales Experience

: Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in construction, design, or building materials.

Technical Knowledge

: Familiarity with CAD software, BIM, building codes, and architectural documentation.

Communication & Negotiation

: Strong ability to present, pitch, and negotiate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
