Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the US logistics market
Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to leadership
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in US logistics/freight brokerage
Strong network of US-based shippers, carriers, or freight customers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of US transportation regulations and supply chain solutions
