A senior commercial leadership role for a proven sales specialist within the GCC/GIC domain, responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding enterprise relationships. Ideal for a consultative, high?impact sales leader with deep industry expertise and strong CXO networks.

  • Drive new GCC/GIC client acquisition, engaging CXOs, CHROs, CIOs, and senior decision?makers.
  • Develop tailored proposals aligned to transformation, capability build?outs, and enterprise needs.
  • Grow existing accounts through cross?sell and up?sell of multiple service lines.
  • Track market trends and refine vertical strategy to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Manage revenue forecasts, pipeline creation, deal governance, and sales discipline.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and practice teams to ensure superior client execution.
  • Mentor junior sales talent and contribute to organisational growth.
