- Job Title: Sales Leader - North (Enterprise Software Solutions)- Location: Delhi NCROverview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to drive enterprise software sales across the North India region. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in PLM, CAD/CAM/CAE, MES, and digital transformation solutions, with strong leadership and client engagement skills.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end software sales across enterprise and mid-market accounts in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and energy sectors.- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.- Build and maintain CXO-level client relationships and manage complex sales cycles.- Drive account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to expand business opportunities.- Represent the organization at key industry events and forums.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Minimum 15 years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.- Proven success in managing large enterprise accounts and multi-million-dollar deals.- Strong understanding of manufacturing and process industries in India.- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
