Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to manage and grow relationships with our major clients in the elevator and escalator industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key accounts within the elevator segment.
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored elevator solutions (new installation, modernization, AMC, etc.).
Build strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and facility managers.
Handle end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to order closing and post-sales coordination.
Achieve sales targets and profitability goals on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely contract closures.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct technical and commercial discussions with clients.
Collaborate with technical and project execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Administration.
4-8 years of experience in B2B sales; elevator/escalator industry experience preferred.
Proven track record in managing large/key accounts and achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of elevator products, installation, and maintenance services.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and visit project sites.
Preferred:
Experience working with companies like Otis, Schindler, KONE, ThyssenKrupp, Mitsubishi, Johnson Lifts, etc.
Exposure to public sector or government tenders (if relevant to your business).
