Job Title: Sales Intern - Food Products Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Sales Intern for our Food and Beverages sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for the successful launch of new products, with a focus on Mushroom-based value-added products. The role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in both marketing and sales, capable of driving business growth and capturing market share. Responsibilities: 1. **Market Strategy Development:** - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for new products in the Food and Beverages sector. - Develop and implement innovative and effective marketing strategies to position our Mushroom-based value-added products in the market. 2. **Product Launch:** - Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring effective communication of key product features and benefits. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product development, packaging, and branding efforts. 3. **Sales Management:** - Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expanding the market presence for Mushroom-based products. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors, fostering strong partnerships. 4. **Brand Development:** - Develop and implement brand-building initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. - Work closely with creative teams to design and implement impactful marketing collateral. 5. **Digital Marketing:** - Oversee digital marketing campaigns, utilizing social media, email marketing, and other online channels to reach target audiences. - Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
