a~ Support Target and incentive rollout for all sales team members including ensuring awareness, appreciation and alignment by sales team.

a~ Drive People Agenda in sales team through pre planned reach Out activities at regular intervals

a~ Performance Management & Development - Facilitate goal setting, measures, review and final rating and maintaining records of the same.

a~ Prepare and follow up on the career progression plan and development of the same.

a~ Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.

Requirements

What we expect?

a~ Age : 23 - 40 years with ability and maturity to deal with senior managers

a~ Experience: 3 to 6 years in HR

a~ A proven track record of successful PR campaigns

a~ Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills

a~ Outstanding organizational and time management skills

a~ Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
