Job Description

New Business Development:

Identifying potential clients, such as corporate groups and event organizers, and converting them into paying customers.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration:

Working with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns, and attending industry events to raise brand visibility.

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the hospitality establishment.

Sales Strategy & Analysis:

Developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and tracking sales performance metrics to identify areas for growth.

Event & Site Management:

Planning and hosting familiarization trips and site inspections for potential clients to showcase the facility's offerings.

Reporting:

Preparing detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,627.48 - ₹44,359.85 per month

Work Location: In person
