Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment at Holiday World. Making powerful sales presentations resulting in high conversion ratio. Resolving member/ customer conflicts wherever applicable. Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service. Preparing Pre-sales proposals for prospective clients. Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities within and outside the venue. Keeping abreast with the organizations products and services. Maintaining Consistent Average Productivity Candidate Profile: Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure. Should posses sound knowledge about the local market and local language Possess strong communication skills Have high closure orientation Must have an Go getter attitude Ability to stretch for targets Prior core sales Experience in Insurance Financial services industry preferred Freshers from Sales and hospitality background will be preferred. Desired Candidate Profile Education- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
