Sales Strategy & Distribution:
Develop and implement robust pricing, sales, and distribution strategies for both modern trade and traditional trade.
Innovative Market Penetration:
Leverage creative, ground-breaking approaches for both offline retail and e-commerce platforms to capture consumer attention.
Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales & marketing team capable of delivering aggressive growth targets.
Product Handling Expertise:
Ensure product positioning, packaging, and shelf presence reflect the premium quality and heritage of DPG tea.
Relationship Building:
Forge deep connections with distributors, retailers, and online partners to create a strong and sustainable sales network.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in FMCG sales, preferably with experience in tea or beverage brands.
Strong track record in product launches and scaling brands in both modern trade and general trade.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution style--someone who knows how to sell tea.
Passionate about creating something exceptional and committed to building a legacy brand.
Skilled at team building, motivating, and managing high-performing sales teams.
