• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in premium saree retail.
• Set and achieve sales targets, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
• Identify and implement promotional strategies to attract high-value customers.
• Retail Store Management

• Oversee daily store operations, customer service, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure exceptional in-store experience through well-trained staff and a luxurious ambiance.
• Optimize inventory management, ensuring the availability of best-selling designs while controlling stock levels.
• Customer Relationship & Brand Positioning

• Build and maintain relationships with high-end customers, celebrities, and influencers.
• Enhance personalized shopping experiences, including VIP customer service and styling assistance.
• Leverage CRM tools and loyalty programs to boost customer retention.
• Marketing & Business Development

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan events, exhibitions, and brand collaborations.
• Work on digital sales strategies, including social media promotions and online store integration.
• Identify new business opportunities, including expanding store locations or entering new markets.
• Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of store managers, fashion consultants, and sales executives.
• Conduct regular sales training, product knowledge sessions, and customer handling workshops.
• Monitor KPIs, sales reports, and customer feedback to improve performance.
