  • Maintain an active relationship with various reputed Government/ Semi-Government Organizations officials at various levels of their hierarchy in assigned territory to promote the brand for their ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Maintain an active relationship with various reputed builders, MEP consultants, and similar industry people in assigned territory to promote the brand for their ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Actively Competitor Analysis is required.
  • Meet and exceed Companys Sales Target and Brand Promotion Expectations.
  • Actively involved in developing a strong dealership network in your assigned territories and generating business opportunities via network established.
  • Keep track of newly floated tenders, Analyzing Technical Specifications, Making Lists, and Attending Pre Bid Meetings with supporting letters and facts for our brand inclusion.
  • Keep tracking corrigendum if any published for interest in tenders of the past as well as tracking lowest bidder for talked about tender.
  • Meeting L1 bidder and exploring business opportunities together.
  • Maintain knowledge and have a clear understanding of the application of all local and national codes, specifications, and guidelines set forth by authorities having jurisdiction.
  • The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in effectively managing a team of 15 -20 members operating across India.
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing of addressable fire alarm systems.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for government, project, and corporate sectors to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the fire safety industry.
  • Proven track record of success in selling addressable fire alarm system.
  • Experience in handling a diverse portfolio of clients and projects.
  • Strong understanding of addressable fire alarm systems and related safety standards.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
  • Experience working with government agencies, large corporations, and project-based clients.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and flexibility to work remotely or from different locations as required by the role.
