- New Customer Acquisition: Business development by adding new customers to the company portfolio.
- Looking after business through Supplier Relationship Management
- Building strong relation with MSME and generate regular flow of good quality leads through them
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Problem solve to ensure that the financing to the MSMEs is done to their satisfaction
Candidate Details:
- MBA / Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of proven sales experience in NBFC / Bank, doing B2B / MSME / LAP lending; (clean energy sector sales experience is preferred.)
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
