Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets from government contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies for printing contracts. Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to expand our client base. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Operations Management:

Oversee production processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. Collaborate with the production team to maintain quality standards and optimize resource utilization. Implement and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards in printing.
Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and operations teams. Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members and monitor performance.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Utilize CRM and other tools to track sales activities and client interactions.

Education & Skills:

Graduation will be preferred. Total Experience: total of 8-10+ years with atleast of

4+ years in printing and government contracting & sales preferable.

Gem knowledge is preferable.

Strong Leadership and team management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Positive Attitude. Basic Tally knowledge is preferable. MS Office Knowledge must (Excel, Word & PPT)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
