Key Responsibilities
? Develop and drive sales strategies for all loan products (home loans, SME loans, project
finance, unsecured business loans, etc.).
? Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and financial institutions.
? Explore new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
? Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and present reports to management.
? Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all sales activities.
? Represent Pinnacle Loans in networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
