Job Title: Sales Head : (MANAGED FARMLANDS) Reporting to the CEO of the company About the Company: We are a young, entrepreneurial company, with a vision of growth. Our farmlands are well equipped with all the prerequisites for farming. We offer all of this and more! We are looking for a SALES HEAD to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy for our MANAGED FARMLANDS and building out a team in farmlands and in managed farmlands. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing the next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities. Responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head, who can independently drive and aggressively seize markets. We prefer prior experience with MANAGED FARMLANDS or the construction industry or real estate. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company\xe2\x80\x99s sales goals Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales agents and Sales managers. Personally help close the deals Work collaboratively across teams Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally Acquire new customers Understand category-specific landscapes and trends Skills and Qualifications 10+ years of relevant sales experience and a track record of exceeding targets Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level Fluent English Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Excellent verbal and written communications skills Should be able to write, draft and execute professional English in written communication Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Strong leadership and team-building skills Qualifications: No Bar \xe2\x80\x93 MBA preferred or any certifications in sales or marketing.
