Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new vehicles.
Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to optimize strategies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer engagement by the sales team.
2. Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team (including team leaders and sales consultants).
Set clear targets and KPIs for each team member.
Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development sessions.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Oversee customer retention, repeat sales, and referral programs.
Handle high-value customer interactions and escalations when required.
4. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track conversion ratios, lead sources, and market penetration.
Report key metrics to senior management and suggest improvements.
5. Coordination & Compliance:
Liaise with OEM representatives and ensure brand guidelines are met.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Service teams.
Ensure all statutory and company compliance requirements are followed.
