We require a Sales Head for our voice acquisition team who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of student enrollments. The Sales head is required to deeply understand CRMs, Sales Processes, BDE hiring, training, setting targets, making modular teams, and driving revenue.


Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Managing the large outbound sales process
  • Will have to take care of Client/Customer & People Management
  • Develop plans and strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales targets are met as per the organization's goals.
  • To be a great People manager, recruit, train, and retain people to achieve optimum output from the team.
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. Manage the sales teams and resources to deliver profitable growth.
  • Build and promote a strong team culture within the Business Development executives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales team.
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide inputs towards automation.


Qualifications
  • Tier 1 school in grad/post-grad is important (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/FMS/XLRI/ISB etc)
  • Should have ideally managed large scale sales processes at edtech or sales driven organizations
  • The candidate must have the experience of handling a team of 50 or more
  • Extremely number oriented, analytical, and should be very comfortable with Microsoft
  • Excel and other data modeling and analytics tools
  • Extremely high attention to detail is required as you would be dealing with a lot of data and a lot of numbers.
