we required for the banlgore based companyPosition / Grade: Sales HOD BangaloreReporting Manager: VPLocation: BangaloreExperience: 15 + for AVP in the area of System Integration of OEM Products, Infrastructure Services and Cyber SecurityQualification: Engineering Graduate preferred with MBACore Competencies:Excellent relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all level of business, management and colleaguesExcellent in prospecting, lead generation, negotiation and collaboration with all stake holdersSkilled at handling multiple tasks for IT system integration & Cyber Security Product sale and servicesExcellent written, presentation, communication, inter personal and problem solving skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachDrive sale till the closer and demonstrate the benefits for associating with VDA InfosolutionsTechnical Competencies: Data Center related technologiesCandidate should have experience of selling Data Centre related product like Servers, Storages, Backup and HA Solutions, Networking Devices etc in BFSI, Enterprise ( ITeS & Manuf) , PSU and Govt sectorCandidate should have worked with OEMs products like Dell/EMC, IBM, VmWare, Nutanix, Red Hat , PaloAlto, Checkpoint, Fortinet , etcTechnical Competencies: Cyber Security related technologiesCandidate should have experience in selling of EDR/MDR, Next Gen Firewall, WAF, DLP, SASE, SOC, SIEM/SOAR/UBEA, Proxy, VA PT services etc in Enterprise, PSU and Govt sectorKey responsibilities include:Meet and exceed the Sales and Service targets agreed as part of the AOP (Annual Operating Plan)Own and maintain effective business relationships with key customers, partners and OEMsAssist Regional/ SBU Head to provide regular sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline updates to allow for accurate business forecasting and Sales planningLiaise with Service Team to ensure the smooth support and services of customer and helps to generates additional Service RevenueEnsure all organizations policies are followedAssist Regional head to develop a roadmap of short-term and sustainable long-term initiatives to achieve sales targets and operational improvementCreate reports with sales and financial dataManaging the sales process with all "C" level Executives (CIO/ CISO / CFO / CPO) and to maintain good relation with them
