The Bookings Forecasting & Analytics Specialist will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Senior Leadership.

Location: Gurgaon
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST (UK Shift) | Hybrid model with three days work-from-homeKey Responsibilities
Forecasting & Planning

  • Lead the end-to-end bookings forecasting process, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives and business targets.
  • Develop and refine forecasting methodologies incorporating historical performance, market trends, and pipeline dynamics.
  • Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and rolling projections, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of pipeline coverage, conversion ratios, win/loss rates, and sales funnel velocity to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure forecasts are realistic, achievable, and strategically aligned.
Performance Analysis
  • Monitor and report on bookings KPIs including new business, renewals, upsells, and churn across regions, products, and customer segments.
  • Perform variance analysis against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods to identify key drivers of performance.
  • Provide root cause analysis of deviations and recommend corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and predictability.
  • Deliver actionable insights to enhance sales productivity, optimize deal economics, and strengthen pipeline health.
  • Benchmark performance against industry standards and internal historical trends to guide leadership decision-making.
Business Partnering
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, providing data-driven insights into bookings performance and deal economics.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve forecasting models, CRM data integrity, and standardized definitions of bookings metrics.
  • Support leadership in strategic initiatives including headcount planning, quota allocation, and productivity analysis.
  • Influence decision-making by presenting clear, concise, and impactful recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and advanced models to track bookings trends, pipeline metrics, and forecast accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and forward-looking projections.
  • Automate reporting processes using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms by implementing robust governance and validation checks.
  • Continuously enhance analytics capabilities through predictive modeling, scenario planning, and advanced visualization techniques.
