Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and build long-term relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and individual customers.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including pitching, negotiations, proposals, and closures.
Achieve sales targets by driving bulk orders, catering deals, partnerships, and direct consumer sales.
Work closely with marketing teams to implement promotions, campaigns, and offers that boost both corporate and consumer engagement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure smooth coordination with operations, finance, and product teams for seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client communications, and performance reports using CRM and reporting tools.
Continuously build brand presence by representing the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong experience in
corporate and consumer sales
with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build professional relationships and maintain high client satisfaction.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of handling both B2B and B2C sales cycles.
Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.
