Job Description

Lead generation: Identify and approach new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Client meetings: Meet with clients, both in-person and virtually, to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Product demonstration: Present and demonstrate products or services in a structured and professional manner. Negotiation and closing: Negotiate sales terms, such as price and delivery, and close deals. Account management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and identify upselling opportunities. Reporting and analysis: Prepare reports and use CRM software to track sales activity, analyze market information, and monitor performance against targets. Sales strategy: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market activities to inform sales strategy. Event representation: Represent the company at trade shows and other events to generate leads and build brand visibility. Essential skills Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software. Resilience and adaptability. Basic math and business knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,449.19 - ₹31,111.81 per month
