Site feasibility, shadow analysis, net metering policies
Ability to translate technical concepts into customer benefits.

Clear and professional communication (verbal & written).
Strong presentation and proposal pitching ability.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Skilled in nurturing long-term relationships.
Ability to understand customer pain points and deliver solutions.
5. Market & Policy Awareness
Knowledge of government policies, subsidies, DISCOM regulations, and tendering processes.
6. Analytical & Financial Skills
Understanding of payback periods, IRR, project costing, and savings calculations.
Ability to prepare financial models for clients.
7. Organizational & Time Management
Ability to prioritize leads, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple teams.
8. Tools Proficiency
CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic project management tools.
