Sales Role Overview



Responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and promoting NVOCC services.

Key Responsibilities:



- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in international trade and shipping.

- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

- Sales & Marketing: Promote services (sea/air freight, customs clearance) and generate leads.

- Quoting & Negotiation: Deliver competitive quotes and proposals.

- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Coordination: Collaborate with operations and customer service teams.

- Target Achievement: Meet/exceed sales targets.

- Database Management: Maintain accurate client data in CRM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
