Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
