: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting our tractor loan products and retail services to farmers and agricultural businesses. You will work closely with our team to understand client needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.
Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients in the agricultural sector.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses, and industry stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions through our tractor loan and retail products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting our offerings.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the bank and establish our brand presence.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, as well as contribute to the overall growth of the TFE division.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry, including an understanding of tractor loans and retail finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant sales and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
