Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of branch
Responsibilities: Lead and guide a team of 5-7 DSTs to ensure consistent sales productivity. Source business through manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets. Establish and manage tie-ups with channel partners and associates for sales programs. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement. Follow up on early delinquency cases and manage post-disbursement documents (PDDs). Support development of both direct and indirect sales teams.
