Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new corporate, travel, MICE, and leisure business opportunities.
Conduct sales calls, property visits, and presentations to prospective clients.
Maintain an active pipeline of leads and convert them into confirmed business.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Develop account plans and ensure consistent engagement with key accounts.
Respond promptly to inquiries, negotiate rates, and prepare proposals and contracts.
3. Sales Planning & Reporting
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
4. Coordination & Collaboration
Work with operations, reservations, banquet, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips (FAM), and promotional events.
Support marketing initiatives and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
5. Revenue & Rate Management
Recommend pricing strategies and promotional offers based on market demand.
Ensure proper implementation of contracted rates and packages.
Monitor business mix to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in the hospitality industry (hotel experience is a plus).
