Sales Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Real Estate \xe2\x80\x93 Chennai (1 position) A Sales Executive for a startup company with the following responsibilities in Real Estate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Real Estate & plot experience is must \xe2\x80\xa2 Organizing sales visits and presenting products to achieve monthly targets \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate/close deals & handle complaints or objections \xe2\x80\xa2 Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements & related matters Role Category: Retail & B2C Sales Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, or a related field (preferred). Freshers can apply for entry level positions. \xe2\x80\xa2 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
