Job Description

Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:


Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, or field visits.

Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Sales Pitch & Product Demonstration:


Present and promote company products or services to potential clients.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.

Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement:


Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Track and report sales performance regularly.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:


Handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.

Prepare quotations, contracts, and invoices.

Market & Competitor Research:


Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Share market insights with the marketing or product team.

CRM & Reporting:


Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Generate daily/weekly reports for management.

Team Coordination:


Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
