01-03 years of experience of BPO into sales process
? Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and rental contracts in coordination with the Sales Manager.
? Develop & Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
? Understand customer projects, work heights, safety requirements, and recommend appropriate aerial work platform(boom lifts, scissor lifts, truck mount man lift) by sending technical brochure.
? Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop pricing strategies, promotional offers, and business plans.
? Coordinate with the Operations and Logistics teams to ensure timely equipment delivery, installation, and pickup.
? Work closely with the Accounts team for sending Proforma invoice and advance payment follow-up.
? Prepare daily and weekly sales visit and prepare sales reports.
? Maintain up-to-date records of Prospects, leads, quotations, Work order, machineries, client management contacts and client interactions in CRM software.
? Maintain data for up-to-date Rental contracts validity by following up with the client and checking for extensions or release.
? Provide periodic feedback to management regarding customer trends and business opportunities.
? Maintain confidentiality of client and pricing information.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
? Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored rental solutions.
? Strong planning and time management skills.
? Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems.
? Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent site visits.
? Team-oriented mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
