Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients, both new and existing, to promote and sell hardware and software solutions.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
Possess a deep understanding of the company\'s hardware and software products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Effectively communicate the technical benefits of our solutions to clients.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering post-sale support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to set sales targets and priorities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualification:
+12 pass and Bachelor\'s degree or +12/graduate with 6 months to 1 year experience/ fresher.
Bachelor\'s degree Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of 1 years in hardware and software sales, with a focus on B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software products, including the ability to explain technical features and benefits to non-technical clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
