Position Title-Sales Executive
Division- MDS
Location-HQ- Thiruvananthapuram & Local Language is Mandatory.
Qualification- Graduate in Science/Microbiology
Experience- 3 years experience as SE in Pharma/Specialty/Surgical Company
Reporting to: Branch Manager - Distribution.
Job profile
-To help BM- Distribution in his effort in increasing the distribution by width and depth of BD products in Nursing Homes/Labs and Suppliers.
-Team player- Coordinate with ASM -Distribution and ASM Hospital on driving the team objectives.
-Taking responsibility of claim settlement of Channel partners/ NOCs / Expiry / Inventory Days.
-Coordinate with the ASM on primary and secondary Targets
-Identify market opportunities and communicate it to Sales Manager and the concerned Marketing Manager
-Coordinating for secondary drive for self and different fragments of sales and make sure timely supply happens.
-To share market feedback/ market intelligence to the BM -Distribution, team members of Hospital and trade on competition, activities, pricing, products etc
-Ensure growth of all customers in the list, addition of new customer as per potential. Expanding the product portfolio in the whole customer base.
-Customer profiling /prospecting. Continuous training program at the end accounts.
-Must call list updating/ Field reporting
-Secondary sales data submission for monitoring.
-Make sure that processes are followed in all practices.
