We are looking for competent Sales Executive (HR/Recruitment Consultant) to assist our UK office in finding the best candidates for our clients across the UK & Ireland. You'll attract candidates, screen them, and match them to appropriate positions.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Advertising vacancies by preparing job descriptions and placing adverts in a range of media's, including social media's.
  • Generating prospective candidates through cold calling and following up on qualified and non-qualified leads.
  • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates by calls and emails, who may already be in work.
  • Spending most of your time making outbound calls to ensure every opportunity to maximize sales revenues is covered.
  • Using candidate's database to match the right candidates to the client vacancy.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, calling candidates, check candidate's availability, managing interviews and tests and creating shortlist of candidates for the client.
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applications before submitting their details to the client.
  • Briefing the candidate about the job location, employer details, job responsibilities, salary, accommodation facilities, and other benefits of the job in question
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants.
  • Organising Zoom interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
  • Give a mock interview for the candidates and prepare them before the client interview
  • Offering advice to candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression
  • Assist the candidates for the visa application form and travel arrangements
  • Post arrival assistance for the candidates.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, the candidate needs to meet the following criteria: University degree, in any subject.
  • Solid experience of outbound telesales, cold-calling and generating revenue from new clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication/phone skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets
  • The successful candidate enjoys an attractive tax-free compensation package plus monthly commission.
