Our platform helps companies convert their fixed costs into variable costs by getting projects completed through micro-entrepreneurs and freelancers, reducing turn-around time by up to 30%. Our platform is designed especially for those with specific skills in the construction industry, serving sectors such as Construction, Real estate, Infrastructure, and Projects. We offer opportunities to experts in construction design, planning, BoQ, and documentation work. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, identifying customer needs, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the construction industry is a plus Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering with MBA in Sales Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with CRM software, familiarity with the construction industry, and knowledge of project management principles.
