Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive specializing in Ceramic & BL. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with customers in the Surat market. The day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential customers, promoting Mapei\'s products, providing technical support and product information, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Qualifications Proven experience of 3-4 years in sales, preferably in the Ceramic & BL industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong negotiation and selling skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Knowledge of building materials and the construction industry Result-oriented and able to meet sales targets Self-motivated and able to work independently Willingness to travel within the Surat market Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: Experience in the Ceramic & BL industry Knowledge of competitors and market trends in the Surat region Proficiency in local languages, Hindi & English.
