Job Description

Sales executives are the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.We are looking for a sales executive responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling products to them. He must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.

  • Demonstrating clearly the product to the clients by focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition.
  • Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
  • Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the leads.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Forecasting and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieving the assigned sales volume
  • Working with Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and awareness
  • Supporting channel planning process and forecasting for assigned territory
  • Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or sales-relevant role.
  • English Language proficiency.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proven record of successful deals closed
  • Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
  • Great command of MS Office & CRM tools
  • Sense of ownership and pride in own performance and its impact on the company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Graduate in Business Administration or relevant field
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?8,168.05 - ?30,061.33 per monthSchedule:
