The role is to effectively represent, and promote the interests of the firm with a view to adding
long-term value to the Firm. Having regard to its role, the firm directs, and supervises the
management of the business and affairs of the firm including, in particular:
\xe2\x97\x8f Generating clients leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
\xe2\x97\x8f Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
\xe2\x97\x8f Creating lists for sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
\xe2\x97\x8f Promoting properties with ads, listings, and other available sources.
\xe2\x97\x8f Preparing documents for each real estate transaction whenever required.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain and update listings of available properties
\xe2\x97\x8f Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
\xe2\x97\x8f Help in accounting firm work too when required.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring that the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s goals are clearly established, and that strategies are in place for achieving them. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: From 98,000.00 per month Benefits:
