Job Description

Responsibilities:-



Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and online research. Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.

Client Interaction:

Reach out to leads to explain products or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

Conduct product presentations or demos to potential clients. Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

Negotiate terms of sales and service agreements. Achieve sales targets by closing profitable deals.

Follow-ups & After-Sales Support:

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.

Market Research:

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Provide feedback to management on customer demands and product improvements.

Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track progress against sales targets and update CRM systems.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for smooth sales processes.
