Responsibilities:



Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and online research. Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients. Reach out to leads to explain products or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct product presentations or demos to potential clients. Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services. Negotiate terms of sales and service agreements. Achieve sales targets by closing profitable deals. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Provide feedback to management on customer demands and product improvements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track progress against sales targets and update CRM systems. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for smooth sales processes
